PAB 2.0 Enhancements and fixes
1566355 Web Client Enquiry Screen – Further permission control for Settlement Terms Field
We have improved the Web Client Enquiry screen with better security controls and enhanced settlement terms functionality.
Navigate to: Main Menu → Data Entry → Web Holding Area → Web Client Enquiry
What's New:
Enhanced global rights control for settlement functionality
New Settlement Terms lookup replaces settlement days field when appropriate permissions are enabled
Improved data security ensuring users only see functionality they're entitled to access
Streamlined interface that adapts to your permission level
Benefits: The system now automatically shows you only the features and fields you're authorised to use, reducing confusion and protecting commercial rights. Settlement terms are now easier to select through a lookup rather than manual entry.
1677669 Net Pay Report – Printer Option field
Data Entry > Imported Data > Imported Client Enquiry
We have enhanced the Net Pay Report to include PDF export capability, giving you more flexibility in how you share and store your payroll data.
What's New:
A new "Printer Option" dropdown has been added to the report parameters
Choose between CSV (default) or PDF format for your exported reports
The dropdown is located in the bottom right area of the screen for easy access
PDF exports provide professional formatting suitable for external sharing and archival
Benefits: You can now generate PDF versions of your Net Pay Reports for management presentations, audit requirements, while still maintaining the flexibility of CSV exports for data analysis.
Navigate to: Main Menu → Reports → Payroll Reports → Net Pay Report
1677671 Payroll Journal report - "Print Grand Totals Only" Report Criteria
The Payroll Journal Report now includes a summary option that lets you focus on total values without detailed transaction information.
What's New:
A new "Print Grand Totals?" checkbox has been added to the report parameters
The checkbox is unchecked by default - simply tick it to enable summary mode
When enabled, the report shows only summary-level reconciliation totals
Benefits: You can now quickly reconcile payroll transactions at a high level without waiting for detailed journal information to generate. This is perfect for quick balance checks and management reporting where you only need the total values.
Navigate to: Main Menu → Reports → Payroll Reports → Payroll Journal Report
1722918 Imported data values are not showing saved values
Issue Resolved: We have fixed an issue where edited values in Imported Workers and Clients screens would revert to original values when cancelling edit mode.
Where: Imported Workers and Clients screens
What Was Happening: After saving changes to a record and then entering edit mode again, cancelling would incorrectly show the original value instead of the saved value
Now Fixed: The header and right panel now properly display the most recently saved values after cancelling edit mode
Benefit: You can now confidently see your most recent changes reflected in the interface, ensuring data accuracy and reducing confusion during record management.
1739846 Imported data transfer: Client Transfer search field displays results from Tempest DB
Issue Resolved: We have corrected a database lookup issue in the Imported Transfer Data functionality.
Where: Imported Transfer Data → Client Records Transfer
What Was Happening: The Client's dropdown was incorrectly displaying results from the Tempest database instead of the STi database
Now Fixed: Client dropdown searches now correctly query the STi database for accurate results
Benefit: You'll now see the correct client records when transferring imported data, ensuring accurate data processing and preventing selection errors.
