Workers>Focused worker>Action Menu

We have corrected the default ordering on the Worker session history records, so that multiple sessions are considered and ordered in descending order.

Within View mode, all fields are read only, It was noticed that the Date of Birth drop-down field was showing UI elements of the field as enabled rather than disabled.

Data Entry>Assignments

Within the 3-dot menu located within the Column header of the Rates card table, there is an option to be able to select the columns you wish to view within the rates grid on screen. Not all of the columns were included due to a scroll issue.

We have changed the navigation logic when you create a new Sick Pay record for a worker. When you save the new record, this will now return you to the record which has been created in view mode.

We have changed the navigation logic when you create a new Maternity Pay record for a worker. When you save the new record, this will now return you to the record which has been created in view mode.

We have changed the navigation logic when you create a new Paternity Pay record for a worker. When you save the new record, this will now return you to the record which has been created in view mode.

Data Entry>Statutory Payments>Adoption Pay (SAP)

We have changed the navigation logic when you create a new Adoption Pay record for a worker. When you save the new record, this will now return you to the record which has been created in view mode.

We have changed the navigation logic when you create a new Shared Parental Pay record for a worker. When you save the new record, this will now return you to the record which has been created in view mode.

We have changed the navigation logic when you create a new Parental Bereavement Pay record for a worker. When you save the new record, this will now return you to the record which has been created in view mode.

Payroll>P45 Create/Print

When the P45 create or print operation was being invoked from PABv2, the process was not appearing in the My processes queue process log.

Data Entry>Workers>Worker Focused record

When the worker status was ‘Non-Employee’ the worker record listing information was not displaying the status text correctly.

Data Entry>Assignments>Focused Assignment Record

Within Assignment view only mode, the Assignment Type field was not disabled and was available for editing.

Within Client view only mode, the Default Assignment Type field was not disabled and was available for editing.

Data Entry>Statutory Payments>Adoption Pay (SAP)

We have changed the navigation logic when you edit an Adoption Pay record for a worker. When you save the changes for editing a record, this will now return you to the view record that you have edited.

Data Entry>Statutory Payments>Paternity Pay (SPP)

We have changed the navigation logic when you edit a Paternity Pay record for a worker. When you save the changes for editing a record, this will now return you to the view record that you have edited.

Payroll> NEST Pension Export

The breadcrumb menu, which appears at the top of the Pay and Bill 2.0 screen on the left-hand side, has been changed to reflect the correct menu footprint.

Data Entry> Web Holding Area

As part of the introduction of the Web Client Enquiry and the Web Records Transfer features, the Web Auto Polling remained as a transition screen over to the new Web Records Transfer screen. We have now removed this screen, and bulk record transfers should now be done through the Web Records Transfer.

Data Entry> Web Holding Area>Web Client Enquiry

We have introduced some changes to the Division and Department Look Ups used within the Web Client Enquiry screen, these include being able to search on Division/Department descriptions as well as the code within the Basic Search. If the Division or Department does not exist, which will prevent your transfer of the record, the Look Up will advise you of this, so an allocation to a valid division or department can be made before transfer.

We have also catered for the Dependence of a correct Department being selected, which has a relationship to the Division selected. We would love to hear your feedback, give them a try!
