Manage Statutory Forms for a Worker (PAYE Form Enquiry)

Look up, review, and create statutory PAYE forms for a worker from one centralised screen in Access Pay & Bill 2.0.

Written by Terence Cassidy

Managing a worker's statutory PAYE forms is now much more straightforward. From a single screen, you can look up a worker, view every PAYE form submitted for them, check processing and submission details, and create new statutory forms as required by HMRC - all without switching between different areas of the system.

Where to find it:

  1. Click Pay and Bill and then select Data Entry.

  2. Click Workers, then Select Worker and click Statutory Forms.

Viewing a worker's details and forms

Once you have selected a worker, their key details are displayed in a live-updating header so you can always see who you're working with. This includes:

  • Employer

  • Tax Code

  • NI Number

  • Previous Pay and Previous Tax

  • Student Loan and Postgraduate Loan status

Every PAYE form submitted for the worker is listed in date order, with each form tagged by type and status, so you can find what you need at a glance.

Reviewing a form

Click any form to see a quick summary. Open it in full to review all details, including when it was entered, who processed it, and when it was submitted to HMRC.

Creating a new statutory form

To create a new form, select the form type from the dropdown. An information panel is available if you need a reminder of what each form type covers.

The system automatically checks for duplicate open loan forms, so you cannot accidentally create a conflicting record.
